Order /Shipping Information
- All orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the next business day
- All orders will ship from Florida
- All orders will be shipped via UPS (one day ship if shipped within the State of Florida)
- All orders will have a shipping and handling fee applied

eStore Items
- In stock items will ship within 4 business days
- All orders will be paid in full prior to shipping
- VISA and MasterCard accepted
- When an order is shipped an automated email will be sent with an order number and UPS
tracking number

Custom Embroidery/Screenprinting
- Production time is approximately 10 business days
- Rush orders accepted

Rush Orders
- Any item that needs to be shipped within three business days may have a $25 Rush fee applied
- Make sure to select appropriate UPS shipping method -If overnight delivery is necessary, note
Next Day Air Early AM, Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver
- In delivery instructions type RUSH ORDER

Return Policy
- If a product is damaged or defective at delivery, and the product is returned within 14 days, the
entire price, together with all freight costs to and from Go, Inc. of Jacksonville will be refunded
- Custom orders of Embroidery and Screen printing items cannot be retured.
