Ashley has been interested in medicine ever since she was a small child, bandaging up her toys and helping them on their way. She still wants to help others heal and plans to attend college to major in medicine. A dermatology, endocrinology, or anesthesiology degree is an option as she completes an AA degree at the State College of Florida and high school graduation.
Ashley is also involved in many leadership roles at Venice High School. She is the President and Co-Founder of LEADnow, participates in the Drama Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and HOSA, and is a STAR Leadership Trainer. Ashley is a Pharmacy Technician at her local CVS pharmacy and works at the front desk and as a cashier.
At the State College of Florida, Ashley is the STEM.Med Club President. She participates in Keystone, the Be a Star, and the Cultural Immersion programs at Sarasota Boys and Girls Club.
