Moshammet Jarin

“Jarin” as she would like to be called, is at the head of her class with a 3.89 GPA.  At Glades Central High School, she is involved with ASPIRA leadership and college readiness, the Outdoor Adventure Club, girls’ soccer, HOSA, the Tea Club, Cooking Club, Math Honor Society, AVID, Book Club, YWCA, and the National Honor Society.  With English as her second language, Jarin is excelling in her studies.

Her community service hours exceed 800. She has been an LSMS Library assistant, worked at the canned food drive, volunteered at the Get out and Vote campaign, Students for Seniors, Principal’s A-Team, Youth Summit, tutoring, and teaching aid.

Jarin wants to attend the University of Central Florida or Florida Atlantic University to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and then a master’s degree in clinical psychology to pursue her LMHC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor status.
