Sidney Williams

Sidney has a unique plan for college, and she will major in criminal justice and chemistry to become a crime scene investigator.  With a GPA of 3.64, she is well on her way to a successful college journey as a member of the National Honor Society and as an early admissions student at Santa Fe College this school year.

With over 80 hours of community service, Sidney is a local elementary school tutor, where she assists with reading and mathematics.  She also volunteers at her church, the Humane Society, and Century 21, a daycare for low-income families. 

Sidney played volleyball for four years at Interlachen High School and was captain of junior varsity. She also competed in soccer for three years and trained in weightlifting for two years.

She also worked at Harvey’s Supermarket and Winn Dixie Supermarkets and has been a summer school aid for two years.

 Attending Florida State University or the University of Florida, she plans to receive a bachelor’s degree in criminology, a master’s degree in chemistry, and eventually work at the federal government level as a Crime Scene Investigator. 

She will attend a law enforcement academy for one year as a prerequisite for a future career.
